• Pre-License Information
  IAR licensing and training centers make it easy to start your career in real estate. Learn about pre-licensing requirements and find courses for obtaining your real estate salesperson, broker, leasing agent or home inspector license.
• Continuing Education
  All real estate licensees are required to complete continuing education during each two-year licensing period. Take advantage of continuing education courses from the convenience of your home with text-based and on-line programs, or traditional classroom courses available throughout the state. 
• Graduate, REALTOR Institute (GRI)
  Make the commitment to provide a high level of professional services by securing a strong educational foundation. REALTORS with the GRI designation are highly trained in many areas of real estate to better serve and protect their clients.
