2014 Broker License Renewal

By April 30, 2014, Illinois Broker licensees must have completed the CE requirements and applied to renew their license through IDFPR. What's required? That depends on how and when you received your Illinois broker license. IAR's Licensing & Training Center has created a Q&A and checklist to help you get ready. 

REEF Scholarship Deadline is Oct. 1

Applications for the Rich Port, Past Presidents and Roxane Malo scholarships must be submitted by Oct. 1, 2013. Since 2000, the Real Estate Educational Foundation (REEF) has awarded scholarships totaling over $375,800. Learn more at www.ilreef.org.
