In this session Matt Dollinger will review some of the most important tools that you can use to price, predict and engage your sellers to the current market conditions. Real Estate Property Tax Reduction in Illinois: (FI 1127, 3 hours Elective) with real estate tax attorney and licensed CE instructor Anastasia Poulopoulos and licensed CE instructor Eric Westberg. This course is a comprehensive review of the purpose of real estate property taxes in Illinois and an individual’s rights to appeal those taxes. This course reviews the governmental entities that hear appeals and the process for an appeal. Anastasia Poulopoulos is a recognized leader in the field of residential and commercial real estate property tax reduction. The Law Office of Anastasia M. Once the choice is made, it's equally important to know how to make them work best for you. This session will looks at the pros and cons of each device platform, and offers tips, apps and useful solutions for business success. G. David Zach holds a master’s degree in Studies of the Future from the University of Houston-Clear Lake and speaks on trends with innovation and design throughout North America and Europe. He is on the board of the American Institute of Architects.
