Congratulations to Debbie Prodehl, managing broker and director of risk management at Coldwell Banker Real Estate Group in Shorewood, who has been named the 2025 treasurer nominee for the state association. 

Prodehl, who is a member of the Mainstreet Organization of REALTORS®, was announced as the nominee at the Illinois REALTORS® Capitol Conference in Springfield on April 10. The Illinois REALTORS® Board of Directors is expected to formally place Prodehl on the association’s leadership ladder later this year. 

Prodehl is a past president of the Three Rivers Association of REALTORS®. She has served on numerous Illinois REALTORS® committees, including as a member of the Illinois REALTORS® Board of Directors, Chair of the Illinois General Assembly and Statewide IE Committee in 2023 and 2024 and Chair of the Business Issues/License Law Forum in 2016 and 2017, as well as many other state association committees. She is an RPAC Hall of Fame member and member of the President’s Circle. At the national level, Peodehl has served as member of the NAR Board of Directors, as a large board representative and as a state representative for the Broker Involvement Council.  

Prodehl joins the following leadership slate for 2025: Tommy Choi, who will become president; Jeff Kolbus, who will become president-elect; and Matt Silver, who will be immediate past president.
